This PPV event saw Mauricio 'One Shot' Ruffy go up against Jamie Mullarkey in a lightweight bout. The fight was incredible, with both fighters making some incredible strikes. This is the perfect way to celebrate the up & coming Brazilian fighter at a milestone event in Brazil!  UFC 301 took place at the Farmasi Arena in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil - marking UFC's 12th visit to Rio! The event itself took place on May 4th, 2024, over a full year since UFC 283, the last PPV event to take place in Rio. The headline bout, between Pantoja & Erceg, went all the way to the end of the fifth round - with the two flyweights fighting tooth & nail to take the Championship belt.
